High speed chase on Indiana Toll Road ends with arrest near Exit 72

A suspect led Indiana State Police Troopers on a high-speed chase on the Indiana Toll Road.

The pursuit happened on Tuesday night, March 19, and reached speeds of 110 miles per hour after the suspect refused to stop for a trafic violation shortly.

The chase began at mile marker 52 and ended at mile marker 72, with the suspect throwing items out of the window while he was driving.

He stopped at the Toll Road Plaza and attempted to escape on foot before he was arrested.
