South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg appears to be gaining steam in his run-up to a possible Presidential campaign.

A poll of the Iowa Caucus shows Buttigieg in 3rd place, behind former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, according to The Hill.

California Senator Kamala Harris is just under Buttigeig in the Emerson Polling survey of 250 Iowa Democratic caucus-goers.
