South Bend Police Chief reminds public “If you see something, say something” after recent murder

The morning after a fatal shooting in South Bend at a home where an 11 month-old child was injured in a separate shooting just two weeks earlier, Chief Scott Ruszkowski spoke with Michiana’s Morning News about the homicide Tuesday morning.

He also told 953 MNC that no one knows how to stop the violence, but the public can play a more active role in keeping their neighborhoods safe.
