Police: Threat against Concord Junior High School “not credible”

A potential threat on social media against Concord Junior High School is not credible, according to a statement from school district officials.

The post containing the threat was making thr rounds online on Monday, April 8.

Police went to the home of a student suspected of making the threat, and that student admitted to posting the threat.

Classes were held as planned on Tuesday and the schools urge people to remember “see something, say something” if they see anything that’s of concern.
