A 22-year-old man found in bed with a 12-year-old girl who pleaded guilty to child solicitation will be sentenced next month.

Preston Craw was charged earlier this year after the girl’s mom found the two asleep, partially undressed and “cuddling” in the bed.

Craw told investigators he met the girl on Tinder, but thought she was 15.

The victim told police Craw knew she was only 12 years old.
