Authorities ask public not to post side-by-side photos with Delphi suspect sketch

The sheriff’s office in Carroll County is pleading with the public to stop posting side-by-side pictures of actual people with the sketch of the suspect in the Delphi murder case.

The sheriff’s office posted on Facebook that internet detectives are, in their words, “ruining people’s lives” by doing so.

Last week, state police released a new sketch of the suspect in the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German and said they were looking for a younger man than they originally thought.
