Elkhart man robbed by bandit armed with kitchen knife

Police in Elkhart are looking for two men who alleged pulled a kitchen knife on a man, then took off with his wallet.

The robbery was reported around 2:30, Friday afternoon, near Indiana and Oakland Avenues.

The victim was walking down the sidewalk when two black males got out of a vehicle, pushed him to the ground and robbed him, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The suspect vehicle is believed to be a newer Chevy passenger car, ABC 57 reported.
