A Mishawaka man has been sentenced to 41 months in prison for child pornography.

53 year-old James Kindig pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and will pay more than 48 thousand dollars in restitution.

His 41 months sentence will be followed by 5 years of supervised release. He was found in poseession of more than 800 images and videos in November of 2017. Some of them contained images of children under the age of 12.
