Power cut to 2,200 Indiana Michigan Power customers in Granger

The lights went out in Granger.

Indiana Michigan Power reported power was cut early Wednesday afternoon, June 26, to about 2,200 customers in the area of State Road 23 and Fir Road all the way to the stateline.

There was no immediate word on what caused the outage.

All customers were expected to be back online by late in the afternoon, according to the utility.
