The Concord Schools are looking to add some bus drivers for the upcoming school year.

WSBT reports that the district is raising the pay to find the right candidates. They report that they have enough drivers to handle the routes this fall, but they are looking for additional substitute drivers.

They’ve also changed school start times to help make the job more appealing, are offering health insurance and other incentives, and the minimum pay is moving from 19 and half to 23 dollars and hour.
