A fugitive was found hiding in a refrigerator Thursday afternoon during a standoff with SWAT officers in LaGrange County.

WSBT reports that 31 year-old Travis Fullington of Bristol was seen in Rome City and tracked to the Topeka Trace Apartments in Topeka. He barricaded himself inside an apartment where he had access to a shotgun and ammunition.

Fullington refused to leave the apartment and when Indiana State Police SWAT Troopers entered the apartment to arrest him, he was discovered hiding in the fridge.
