The suspect in a fatal shooting in Benton Harbor has been charged with murder.
That shooting left Arsenio Jordan dead and another person injured.
Eric Holbrook was arraigned on three counts Monday including open murder. The shooting happened on July 31 in the 800 block of Superior Street in Benton Harbor.
Holbrook has entered a plea of not guilty. His brother Dennis Holbrook was arraigned a week earlier as a co-defendent.
