Police are looking for information about a shooting that happened early Thursday morning in Benton Township.

It happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Highland at Blossom Acres Housing. A 22 year-old victim was found with gunshot wounds to his abdomen and right leg. His injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.

Police are still looking for the suspect or suspects involved in the shooting and anyone with information should contact the Benton Township Police or Crimestoppers.
