The incident happened back in February, but he wasn’t arrested until last week. 19 year old Guadalupe Yado is accused of grabbing the teacher’s foot and telling the teacher he wanted to take pictures of her feet. Court documents say when she told him to let go he refused and continued to pull on her while videotaping and taking photos.

He did eventually let go and leave the classroom but the damage was done, as she suffered injuries to her right ankle and has to wear a brace while sleeping and performing any physical activity.

His charge is one count of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
