A man has been sentenced to 35 years for the 2017 death of an 8-month-old boy.

Isaiah Moutria, 22, was sentenced Friday to 35 years, 26 of those years executed in the Indiana Department of Correction and 9 years suspended. He was also ordered to serve 9 years of probation.

Moutria was charged with Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death, a Level 1 Felony, in November 2017 for the death of Keegan Wolf.

According to a police report, Keegan died due to blunt force trauma to the head. Moutria failed to seek medical help for the baby, and also failed to tell the baby’s mother about the injuries.
