Construction has begun on an improvement project for Goshen Hospital. Officials with Goshen Health kicked off construction Monday on a new four-story patient tower. Plans for the building include private patient rooms with space for visitors, and new medical technology.

Goshen Mayor Jeremy Stutsman spoke at the event, alongside leaders from Goshen Health and members of the Goshen Health board directors. Goshen Health President and CEO Randy Christophel says they’re “building the future of health care.”

The new tower should be open by fall 2022.
