Governor Holcomb will lay out his 2020 agenda this week.

Holcomb said he’ll continue his administration’s focus on government efficiency, battling the opioid epidemic, building the state’s skilled workforce, economic growth, and infrastructure.

Holcomb says several regions are enjoying robust job growth, but says spreading that growth to every county requires the ability to connect to the rest of the state and to the world.

Holcomb says that goal of connectivity has been the common thread of some of the state’s biggest projects in recent years, from the I-69 extension and expansion of rural broadband to still-pending projects like the double-tracking of the South Shore.
