The Notre Dame Fighting Irish now know what bowl game they’ll play in, and who they’ll face off against.

The 15th ranked Irish will take on the unranked Iowa State Cyclones in the Camping World Bowl. The game is scheduled for December 28th in Orlando.

It’s the first-ever meeting between the two schools, and Coach Brian Kelly says the team had been waiting excitedly for Sunday’s announcement.

Notre Dame finished the regular season at 10-2, Iowa State finished at 7-5. Kickoff is set for Noon on December 28th on ABC.
