Two Goshen Schools on Lockout After Shots Fired

Police in Goshen say that West Goshen and Model Elementary Schools have been placed on lockout after shots where fired nearby the schools. School officials will be in contact with the police department at all times to determine when that can be lifted. The suspect fled the area of the shooting before police got there and no damage or injuries were reported.

Notice from GCS:
West Goshen and Model Elementary Schools are on a lockout at this time due to a “shots fired” police call in the Silverwood area. GCS officials are, and will continue to be, in communication with the Goshen Police Department until the safe resolution of this police call.
Goshen Police stated that no damage or injuries were reported as a result of this incident. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
