Five people were arrested at a residence on South Graceland Street in Claypool in December.

Town Marshal Ben Sanders released on Monday, Jan. 6, that the Claypool Police Department arrested John Parker, 49, Debora Parker, 50, Jonathan Charles, 36, Codie Pierce, 28 and Brianne Fields, 21, after a tip came in from NET 43 about the possible dealing of methamphetamine.

Through their investigation, police officials executed a search warrant of the residence at 405 South Graceland on December 19th around noon. During the execution of the Search Warrant, Officers subsequently located paraphernalia, marijuana, methamphetamine and psilocybin (mushrooms).

Charges against each are as follows:

Debora Parker: Maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance

Jonathan Charles: Dealing Methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and maintaining a
common nuisance

Brianne Fields: Dealing Methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance

John Parker: Maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance

Codie Pierce: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance

Claypool Police Department was assisted by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, Warsaw Police Department, Silver Lake Police Department and the Mentone Police Department.
