BBB: Don’t fall for the Jury Duty scam making the rounds in Indiana

Marjorie Stephens of the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana says scammers are using phone calls and emails to intimidate and scare people into paying fake fines, claiming they missed jury duty.

The BBB reminds you that federal agencies conduct jury business by mail, and that you should contact the courthouse through their official channels to confirm any questions regarding jury duty.
