It appears that the former Amish Acres property is getting a lot of interest, and from at least one very big name.

Celebrity designer Joanna Gaines is among those that has been connected to the property, as it prepares for auction on February 5th. The Goshen News reports that the company handling the auction has been fielding interest from a lot of interested parties, in part because it has been divided up into specific pieces to make it more appealing to buyers. There are a total of 16 tracts that include various parts of the 28 acre property. They also note that there have been several inquiries about the restaurant and theater from people looking to run one or both.

While unlikely the property could sell before the auction date.
