Elkhart County authorities are asking for help in finding a man who investigators say failed to register as a sex offender.

He’s identified as Salvador Torres.

Torres is 29-years-old and described as 5-feet-6-inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He may be in the Goshen area.

Anybody with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office at (574) 533-4151.
