South Bend opened a “Milk Bank” breast milk donation site on Thursday.

WSBT reports that the Milk Bank provides premature and and fragile infants with nutrition.

Approved donor mothers can drop off frozen, surplus breast milk at Mahogany Maternity. on Lincolnway, which will then be transported to the Milk Bank in Indianapolis for distribution across the Midwest.
