Twin brothers from Elkhart are facing charges after allegedly attacking two people with baseball bats. The incident happened back in December, and both of the suspects are facing charges of battery with a deadly weapon.

The first victim told police that he encountered Terry and Tracy Heath at a home on Canton Street while stopping to visit a friend’s new boyfriend. He said as he approached the brothers came from behind the house and hit him in the head and again on his leg.

The second victim, a woman, was then attacked by the brothers. The Elkhart Truth reports they allegedly hit her across the face, her back and her legs.
