Lowe’s giving employees Easter Sunday off

Lowe’s says that on Easter Sunday, the stores and distribution centers across the US and Canada will be closed, to give all of their workers “a much deserved day off.”

Lowe’s issued a statement this week praising their employees, who are supporting their communities with essential goods and services during this difficult time, and said they are taking steps to ensure that no hourly associate loses any hours or experiences a reduction in pay.

The company say they’re also stepping up safety and health efforts in their stores, including more third-party cleaning at their stores.
