Bristol man arrested on meth-related charges after found slumped behind steering wheel

A Bristol man is behind bars on meth-related charges after being found slumped over the wheel of a car.

Police in Goshen were called around 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, to the 200 block High Park Avenue where they found Jeffrey Tutorow, 31.

Medics on scene tried to medically clear Tutorow, however, he refused medical treatment.

Tutorow was arrested and booked into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
