52 year old Terry Heath is now facing charges allegedly attempting to run over his twin brother Tracy. According to the Elkhart Truth the near fratricide happened on March 4th at a home on Cr. 11. Tracy told police that the two were arguing in the drive way when Terry put his car in drive and pinned him against another vehicle.
If those names sound familiar it’s because both are currently facing the same charges in an incident where they allegedly attacked a man and woman with baseball bats.
Terry Heaths latest charges are battery with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident.

These morons should live in Florida. They would fit right in! I wonder if there Daddy was also there brother and their Mama is really their sister? That would make them understandable anyway…
