A fire broke out inside the Fireside Tap & Grill on Maple Street in Edwardsburg.

Crews with the Edwardsburg Fire Department we’re called to the restaurant around 6 a.m. on Sunday, May 24.

The initial findings led crews to believe the fire was accidental in nature, but an investigation is underway.

There was no report of any injuries.

The business had recently re-opened for carry-out business within the past week.
