UPDATE: Alexis Lopez has been found, according to Elkhart City Police.
ORIGINAL STORY: Police in Elkhart are looking for a missing 21 year-old woman.
The EPD says 21 year-old Alexis Lopez has brown hair and eyes, and is about 5 feet tall and 135 pounds.
She was last seen June 6 in the area of 600 West Boulevard in Elkhart. Alexis was wearing a white shirt, gray shorts, blue knee-high socks, red and black shoes and a black fanny pack.
Her family says she has a possible medical issue and they are concerned for her welfare.
