One person was detained and three people injured in an apparent attack in Elkhart County.

Sheriff’s deputies were called just before 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, to the home in the 54000 block of County Road 1 where they found a 49-year-old man and 30-year-old woman suffering from cuts and a 52-year-old woman with several bruises.

The three were taken to the hospital for treatment.

A fourth person was taken in for questioning. So far, no word on what sparked the violence.
