Police responding to a medical call earlier this month at a home in LaPorte County ended up removing 15 dogs.

WSBT reports that the dogs were aggressive and hindered their ability to respond to the call. The man inside had suffered a seizure and what appeared to be dog bites.

The floor was covered in feces and two dead dogs were also found on the property, which was described as “a mess.”

Animal control took the dogs.
