Woman injured in motorcycle-involved crash

A woman was hurt after the motorcycle she was on collided with a vehicle.

The crash happened just after 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, near the intersection of M-40 and M-60 in Newberg Township, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say a 60-year-old man from Downers Grover was turning into a gas station when his vehicle and the motorcycle collided.

A 45-year-old Elkhart man was operating the bike. His passenger suffered just minor injuries.
