300 Pizza Hut locations nationwide are in danger of closing

Up to 300 Pizza Hut locations nationwide are in danger of closing permanently.

One of the largest franchisees under the Pizza Hut umbrella has filed for bankruptcy.

The restaurants in danger are on a list of stores that have suffered poor performance. NPC International filed for Chapter 11 status last month, and announced an agreement Monday with Pizza Hut to close roughly 25% of its restaurants and sell the remaining locations.

There’s no word if any of the restaurants in question are in Indiana or Michigan.
