Officials have identified the body of a man who was found in a home in South Bend last month.

The body was found in the upstairs bedroom of a house on East Broadway Street on July 16 by a cleaning crew who were sent to the home.

Christoper Krebs, 64, had not been seen for several weeks.

Metro Homicide says there was no evidence that suggested a homicide in Krebs’ death.
