Michiana will see a share of $164K in entrepreneurial grants

Entrepreneurship grants have been approved that will benefit the Michiana area.

Elevate Nexus, an Indianapolis-based group that seeks to foster more entrepreneurs around Indiana, has awarded $164,000 in grants.

The South Bend-Elkhart Partnership and Purdue University Northwest are among the 19 groups that will see funding.

The South Bend-Elkhart Regional Partnership will use its grant to support the work of Startup SBE, which looks to promote and foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the South Bend – Elkhart region.

Purdue University Northwest will use its grant to support its Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center.
