Alyssa Shepherd of Rochester had appealed her convictions saying that the state had not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she acted recklessly.

Two brothers and their older sister died from the crash on State Road 25 in Rochester. A fourth child struck has required 21 surgeries.

On Monday, Sep. 14, The Indiana Court of Appeals upheld all three convictions.
