Wayne Hubbard, who publicly advocates for the homeless in South Bend and has helped lead racial injustice protests, is facing felony charges for domestic battery and a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy.

According to the charging documents he violated a protective order against him and in the process struck a woman in the head. ABC 57 News reports that he was attempting to see his children. He admitted to violating the order, but denies making physical contact with the woman.

In January of 2015 Hubbard was convicted on battery charges.

How much proof do we need that these “activists” are Angry Marxists and violent? Vote as if you life depends on it because it does. Anyone who advocates for fewer police is not your friend.
