Police are asking for help in locating a missing South Bend man.

Garrett Gilpin, 32, was last seen Saturday, October 17 in downtown South Bend.

He has blonde hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 135 pounds.

Gilpin was last seen wearing blue jeans and white high top shoes. Police report he has tattoos on both of his arms and on the back of his neck.
