Michigan on list of states warned about militia activity of election day

Michigan is on a list of states being warned about militia activity on election day.

That’s according to a finding released by the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project in collaboration with Militiawatch.

The ACLED is an organization that tracks political violence and protest data around the world.

Their findings look at factors like anti-COVID lockdown protests and militia recruitment activity. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Oregon are listed as the most at risk states. Law enforcement agencies around the country have said they plan to increase their presence on Tuesday, but have often been tight lipped on exactly what their plans are for security reasons.
