Two people shot at Central Park in Mishawaka

Two people were shot in Central Park in Mishawaka.

Police were called to the park around 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

Officers and medics were seen near the basketball courts.

One of the victims, an 18-year-old man, is in critical condition and on life support, according to St. Joseph County Metro Homicide.

There was no immediate word about any suspects or arrests or the circumstances that led to the shooting.
