Are you cooking a bird for your holiday this weekend?

The US Department of Agriculture reminds you that your main dish…be it chicken, duck or goose…has three places that should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit in three places.

Those are the thickest part of the breast, the innermost part of the wing, and the innermost part of the thigh.
