Another “smart street” covered in blood. Where is the outrage where are the “BLM” people? Aparently black lives only matter when they are taken by white police officers.
The smart streets make it harder for the suspects to get away.
Just try driving down Lincoln Way West or Western Avenue or Michigan Street.
It take forever to get where you’re going….especially when you get behind a slow car!
I miss the good old days and 2 lanes of traffic in each direction in South Bend.
I avoid the city now at all costs.
I’d rather spend my money on Grape Road & Main Street in Mishawaka anyway.
It is much safer out that way, too.
