BBB lists the Top Scams of 2020

The Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana says the biggest scams of 2020 include some “greatest hits” from previous years.

Marjorie Stephens of the BBB says scams related to buying pets online skyrocketed, bolstered by the added factors of social distancing and the challenges that arose with setting up in-person meetings. And as you would expect, there were plenty of scams focused on COVID-19, especially centered on vaccines and stimulus checks.

Also, online scams were common as more personal and professional time was spent online at home.

I’d say the biggest scam was Trump getting his mindless minions to believe the election had been “stolen” through some multi-state massive fraud conspiracy, when it’s clear and much more plausible that simply enough people voted for Biden to win the needed electoral votes.
