Three Michigan City firefighters charged following November incident

Three Michigan City firefighters have been charged in an incident that happened while they were off duty.

Indiana State Police report the charges stem from a gathering at a Michigan City residence back in November 2020. The charges were filed against the firefighters on February 5.

Scott Kaletha has been charged with Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Strangulation, Brad Kreighbaum has been charged with Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Austin Swistek has been charged with Obscene Performance and Battery.
