New Hampshire-based medical instruments company relocating to Warsaw

A medical instruments company is planning to relocate its headquarters from New Hampshire to Indiana.

RAZOR Medical Instruments, Inc. is an instrumentation and technology company marketing single-use instruments to the orthopedic joint replacement industry.

The company plans to open its new headquarters in Warsaw, and is currently evaluating locations for long-term lease.

Meantime, the company has leased office space at the OrthoWorx/AcceLINX officers on South Buffalo Street to accommodate its short-term needs.

RAZOR plans to invest more than $3.4-million in the project, and expects to create up to 63 new jobs over the next three years.

The company has already started recruitment and will be hiring for a variety of positions beginning as early as this spring. Positions will be posted online when they become available.
