Daytime highs climb into the 60’s this week

(John Hammersmith/ABC 57 Meteorologist) Monday afternoon high temperatures will be in lower 60s under mostly sunny skies. Tuesday looks to be the warmest day this week with high temperatures in the mid 60s. Rain chances return Wednesday afternoon. The best chance for widespread scattered showers will be Thursday. We could even see a few low-end thunderstorms develop as well. Rain chances linger into the weekend with high temperatures dropping back into the 40s.

Monday: Mostly sunny. High 60.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy. High 64.

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64.

Thursday: Showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 60.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 52.
