Elkhart’s Urban Enterprise Association has announced a new Neighborhood Grant Program for neighborhood associations within the Urban Enterprise Zone to help defray the costs of neighborhood-sponsored projects and programs. Awards of up to $500 will be based on the overall financial need of the project.
