Indiana lawmakers have advanced a bill allowing health order appeals, which would make it easier to overturn local orders or enforcement actions.
The Senate bill creates a process that allows the public to file those appeals.
A number of conservatives have complained about Governor Holcomb’s statewide response to the pandemic.

Way too soon to be lifting mask mandate! Can’t believe any governor would believe it to be a good choice on behalf of their citizens. We ALL need to work together to beat this pandemic! Only three months of being able to get vaccine, in some areas, and being dealing with Covid for fourteen months. Don’t let all the progress be in vain. We need to continue to not let our guard down foolishly until 70 percent or more are protected.
