Two injured in Elkhart County crash Tuesday

Two people were hurt in a crash that happened Tuesday afternoon outside of Goshen.

Police report a Ford Explorer was traveling westbound on County Road 38 east of County Road 19 when it crashed into a Chrysler Town & Country head-on.

The driver of the Ford was transported to a local hospital with lacerations to his right arm and face.

The driver of the Chrysler received severe fractures to his leg and arm, and was air-lifted to the hospital via Med Flight.

The crash is still under investigation.
